Accessibility

Last updated: October 6, 2026

We want everyone to be able to learn about our services, read our guidance and reach our team, including people who use assistive technologies. This statement covers acscyber.net, which is operated by Atlantic Computer Systems.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of how we design, build and review the site. It is not a one-time project.

We treat accessibility problems as defects, and we work to fix them as part of our normal work on the site.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Measures we take

  • Semantic structure. Each page has one main heading and a logical heading order, with landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer, and a skip link to the main content.
  • Keyboard access. Menus, buttons, links, FAQ panels and dialogs are designed to be reached and operated with a keyboard. Dialogs can be closed with the Escape key.
  • Visible focus. A clear focus outline shows where you are on the page, and sticky elements are designed not to cover the item in focus.
  • Color contrast. Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG Level AA contrast requirements against their backgrounds.
  • Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off its animations.
  • Text alternatives. Meaningful images have descriptive alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Responsive layouts. Pages are designed to adapt to small and large screens and to work with browser zoom and larger text settings.
  • Comfortable targets. Buttons and links are sized and spaced so they are easy to select with a mouse, a finger or another pointer.

How we test

We check accessibility with a combination of automated testing and manual review:

  • Automated checks against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA rules on representative pages, during development and before changes are released
  • Manual keyboard testing of navigation, menus, dialogs and other interactive components
  • Layout checks across a range of screen widths, from narrow phone screens to large desktop displays, including the narrow widths that zoomed content uses

We have not completed a formal, full conformance audit, so we do not claim that every page fully meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. When we find an issue, we prioritize fixing it.

Known limitations

Embedded scheduler

Consultations are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduler embedded on our pages. We do not control its design or code, and some people may find it difficult to use with certain assistive technologies.

If the scheduler is difficult to use for any reason, call 1-650-300-7557 and we will book your consultation for you.

Other websites

Some links lead to websites we do not operate. Those websites follow their own accessibility practices.

Feedback and help

If you have difficulty using any part of this site, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Call 1-650-300-7557.

It helps to know the page, what you were trying to do, and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will work with you to provide the information or service another way, and we will use your feedback to improve the site.

You can also book a call through our contact page.

Your privacy choices

We use a small set of tools to understand how this site is used and to follow up on consultation requests. You can turn optional analytics and marketing cookies off for this browser at any time.

We also keep simple counts of scheduler opens, bookings and calls by page and button. When you book, open our booking calendar on calendly.com, or tap our phone number, we also save which pages of this site you read and for how long, with a random browser ID, so our team can follow up well. Turning analytics off here (or sending GPC) stops this. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
